Since 1988, we have been producing the highest quality, most competitively priced labels available. Our commitment to meeting and exceeding our customers expectations has made us a viable force in our industry and a leader among our peers.
We have several large presses that accurately and efficiently produce even the most complex labels. Currently, our capabilities extend up to a 21” inch web, up to 10 colors, with inline hot and cold foil stamping, embossing, and fan folding.
Currently we have well over 3,000 custom dies in stock.
From your initial idea, to delivering your finished labels, we handle everything in house, including graphic design and digital, laser engraved plate making. This reduces lead times which enables greater service.
With our new 22” inch ETI Cohesio Coater, we can customize our label material to meet our clients specific needs. We have a wide array of adhesives, varnishes, coatings and liners to meet any need our clients may have.
Utilizing tailored adhesives and materials matched to our clients exact applications, enables us to deliver cost effective solutions our competitors simply can’t offer. Most of our competitors purchase generic materials and adhesives that come already laminated together. This “one size fits all” approach doesn’t address specific needs or deliver solutions for unique issues.
We custom manufacture our own label material in-house, so we can change our material construction to fit our client’s specific applications.
Our ETI Coater also enables us to use different backing release liners that can provide significant benefits for our clients. We currently offer a clear, 1 mil PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), release liner that is less expensive than traditional liners and 100% percent recyclable. This makes it much more environmentally friendly that traditionally used paper liners.
